The Alabama Department of Senior Services has begun the process of developing Alabama’s State Plan on Aging for 2011-2014. To gain insight into current needs or wants, as well as future needs, we have created a survey for the general public. As a citizen of Alabama, we invite you to complete the following survey from which findings will be used to shape the future of aging in our state.

The survey is not age specific and can be taken by anyone. If you aren’t currently using any of these services, we still invite you to participate. Tell us your thoughts and concerns from the perspective of a family member, a friend, or what you think your needs will be in the future.
